The Leading Women Executives program is held twice per year. Each program consists of four, 2-day modules. Beginning in 2020, the program will be offered three times a year and will consist of three modules. Each module will be 2.5 days.
Every program is comprised of 10-13 companies. Each company sends 3-4 participants, building a foundation of female leaders within the organization who can help effect cultural or structural changes.
Participants emerge from the program with a personal action plan to achieve their goals, and a company action plan to address organizational challenges and obstacles that may be impacting the advancement of women.
