Leading Women Executives was a fantastic opportunity for me to broaden my perspectives and capabilities as a business leader, as well as hone my negotiation and networking skills. I’ve received three significant promotions since the program and, more importantly, I’ve learned how to advocate for others.

As a participant in the program, it was very beneficial to have a company advocate provide perspective, insights and feedback. In subsequent years, I served as an advocate for other women in the company, helping to elevate their visibility as leaders and their access to career opportunities.

I wouldn’t have earned my recent promotion if it hadn’t been for the lessons and perspectives that I gained through the Leading Women Executives program.

Leading Women Executives’ focus on authentic leadership reminds women to ‘stay who you are,’ which is so critical. It reinforces that by bringing your authentic self [to work] you also bring your passion and energy, rather than trying to play the role of being somebody else.
