The experience does not end with the program. Networking events are held at both the national and regional level, to provide ongoing opportunities to connect with the Leading Women Executives community. Symposia are half- to full-day events that provide continued learning through deeper discussions and workshops, in addition to networking components.

Roundtables are company-specific programs designed to examine the program’s impact on participants and the organization, find additional ways to integrate program learnings to effect company-wide change, and explore organizational challenges and obstacles that may be impacting the advancement of women.

Digital resources, including a private LinkedIn group and livestream events, offer online engagement and support.
