Our Program

Our Program

Through a collaborative and immersive process, the program addresses three critical elements for success – leadership skill building, organizational support and ongoing networking.

98%

would recommend Leading Women Executives to other, high-potential, female executives

78%

of sponsor companies have been repeat participants in the program

The Leading Women Executives program is held two times per year, with three modules per program.

Every program is comprised of 10-13 companies. Each company sends 3-4 participants, building a foundation of female leaders within the organization who can help effect cultural or structural changes.

Participants emerge from the program with a personal action plan to achieve their goals, and a company action plan to address organizational challenges and obstacles that may be impacting the advancement of women.
